How I work:
I provide counselling and psychotherapy face-to-face, over the telephone, or via video call.

Length of session
Initial consultation is £50, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes £40
The number of sessions depends on each individual need. Don’t worry about this, we can discuss this further once an assessment has been made. We will be able to explore further together, the type of therapy you may need and how we can best meet your individual needs and circumstances.

Counselling Fees
£25-£45 per online session
£45-£60 per session in-person
£25 per session online only
£20 per session by phone only

All fees can be assessed to suit individual circumstances.
 
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please try to give at least 48-hour notice, so that I may offer that appointment to somebody else.
If, however, the session is cancelled less than 48-hour notice, I will need to charge you the full amount.
The same principle applies if I need to cancel your appointment for any unforeseen circumstance. I will give you 48-hour notice, where in exceptional circumstances I am not able to give you 48-hour notice I will give you a free session at your next appointment.
